Oh that bluebird is beautiful! Thanks for the walkabout!
We are loving being able to show you our part of the world.
Those elk sure do have big hooves.Love your Bluebird too! Is that a 'Mountain Bluebird'? A bit different than our Eastern bluebirds which have orange on them, too.
Don't have a clue as to what type of bluebird it was. It followed us for a little bit - I think it has a nest someplace close by.
I think Freckles is right. Here's a link to Mountain Bluebirdhttp://identify.whatbird.com/obj/581/overview/Mountain_Bluebird.aspx
One of these days yur gonna get a piccie of a elk! That bluebird is sure purdy!
Sure hope I get a picture of a nice gentle elk who is standing still posing for the picture, not of one chasing momma down the road as she tries to take it's picture. I hear elk can be very dangerous at time. Also, they tend to run right in front of cars and that in it's self can cause accidents. Not sure if it is a wise thing for momma to be out looking for them.
Crikey ... I can't see the piccies. Used too much internet ... it's gone all slow. I wanna see the bluebird. C'mon internet ... show me the piccies! Fair dinkum this is sooooooo frustrating. Stupid Australia .... we need better internet!!! Crikey Charlie .... give it a break .... we've got BEACHES ... who needs internet??????????
Charlie, believe me I know your pain. We don't have high speed internet and are only allotted a certain amount of internet time per month. Momma isn't doing too good at this and has ran out of time the last two months and will probably do so again this month - BOL
