Lazy day 02/02/14

Hi pals,

Nothing much going on over here in New Mexico.  Daddy is going to be watching the Super bowl and we will be watching the more interesting Puppy bowl.  Momma did make some sweet rolls that were on one of the cooking shows and ended up tossing them down the garbage disposal.  According to momma they really weren't very good.  Then she decided daddy might like some home made potato chips so she made some of those.  Since she was already in the kitchen she also made some homemade mac and cheese for dinner.

While she was in the kitchen she saw the coyote chasing a big rabbit.  Puffy and I had just been out front so we were really lucky that the coyote didn't chase us.  Anyhow, I don't know if the coyote caught the bunny but I can tell you that the bunny was running like crazy trying to get away from the coyote.

This coyote doesn't seem to have any fear of the humans as it comes right up to our house.  There are some really big coyote foot prints less than 6 inches from the house - YIKES!  Momma says we can only go out front when we have either daddy or her out there with us, all other times we will have to go to our courtyard where we will be safe.

This is the coyote that like to hang around our property.

Hugs and kisses,

Coco Rose

  1. Yikes! Dose coyote dudes are no good! I'd probably bark one if I saw one - we has dem in our neighborhood, but I's never seen one. Coyotes with no fears of humans are specially bad news.

  2. Stay close to your humans! Those coyotes can be fearless.

  3. YIKESES!! Be careful, pupses!!

Did I heer da werds 'macawoni an' cheez'??? I cood smell it fwum here!!
