Potty training 08/15/14

Hello - Mei-Ling here...

Living with humans and that old white dog and big cat is hard.  Momma gave me some reading material and told me I would be quizzed on it in a week.

Two books in one week - she has to be kidding - right?

I got distracted and decided to chew on my brush...

You can see I'm studying real hard - BOL, BOL

Notice there aren't any sheets or blankets on the bed because I had piddled on them right before momma gave me the books to read - BOL, BOL.

I'd rather PLAY than study...

Puffy, will you play with me?

What are you looking for Puffy?  Can I play?  PLAY WITH ME!!!!

Being a big brother is hard work...

    1. Zoe - Momma was hoping I could learn how to be house trained by reading those books - BOL, BOL. All I want to do is play, eat, play, piddle, poop, play, play, chew on toes, fingers, noses, tails, ears, play and nap - BOL

Hi Zoe, Puffy here - The little terror isn't allowed to sleep on the big bed so she can't bother me at night when I want to sleep and so she doesn't piddle on the bed. During the day, when she gets too wild, momma sends her to daddy or distracts her so that she will leave me alone. We got along much better today and I even played with her some.

    1. The hardest thing is that I want to play with Puffy and Simba but so far they are both resisting my charms - BOL. I do detect Puffy is beginning to give in because he actually played with me for a bit today.

As far as the piddling go, momma has been taking me out to the courtyard a lot and telling me to go "PIDDLE" and I have most of the time. There were only two accidents today on the rugs.

  6. Puffy, you look like...'can you rescue me from this frenzied furball, pawlease?!'

Mei-Ling fur sure would rather pawlay and relax...reading, hey even kidlets don't have to learn that till they are 5 or 6 years old.

Hope the piddley-diddles get under control soon.

    1. I thought momma gave me those books to piddle on because I don't know how to read. Momma is trying to teach me to "sit" but I'm more interested in obtaining the piece of cheese that she has in her hand. I jump around and dance and dance wanting the cheese, haven't been to successful on the "SIT" stuff. Getting better on the piddling but part of that might be because momma has been making me go outside a lot.

  8. Thank you Fizzy - I didn't growl at her as much today. In fact, I kind of like the little tyke but don't tell her I said that - okay?

  9. Gosh, little one, did you read all those books? I think I would have chewed more than a brush after reading those. Puffy, you look like your are having fun with your new sibling! We will enjoy watching you grow, Mei-Ling!
