Snowy day 01/13/15

Hi pals, Puffy here...

We have been having snow and rain for two days now.  It's pretty and Mei-Ling really like playing in it but when the sun comes out the snow melts and that results in LOTS OF MUD.  Mei-Ling is supposed to go to Gallup tomorrow to have her stitches removed but it looks like that isn't going to be an option so daddy is going to remove them.  Mei-Ling and I also got a notice from the vet saying we were due for some shot so it looks like it will have to wait since the roads here are not feasible to travel on right now.  Can I say how disappointed this makes me?

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...

Would anyone like to try out the hammock?
Snow on the Juniper...
more snow and even some on the camera lens - BOL...

Waiting for momma to open the door so Mei-Ling and I can go back inside...

Scary isn't he?  This is Simba Blue our kitty brother...

Simba looks mad doesn't he?

Mei-Ling LOVES the snow...

Here I am with one of my stuffies...

Me and Mei-Ling with our toys...

    1. Hi Whitley, I'm so sad that I won't be going to the vet anytime soon - HeHeHe. If it takes more snow to prevent the trip to the vet then I say let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....

    1. I don't know what I like less, going to the vet or being left at home by myself. Both are pretty terrible if you ask me.

I'm allowed to take any of my toys outside but I have to pick them up and bring them back into the house afterwards. Once or twice I have forgotten to bring a stuffie back and it has gotten frozen outside. Momma will usually go and rescue it and then it gets a spin in the washer and dryer to bring it back to life.

    1. Buddy, the snow pictures would have been better had the camera lens not been splashed with snowflakes. Momma doesn't know how to prevent that when she is taking photos when it is snowing.

    1. Sometimes I hear "that's an indoor toy" but it doesn't last for long. Momma doesn't care if we take our toys outside as long as we remember to bring them back inside.

The toy that Mei-Ling had was bought for her to play with outside because she loves to chase balls and stuff. That toy has three small tennis balls on it and is made of strong material so if it gets left outside it should be hurt too much.

  5. Stuffies in the SNOW!!! Wow, that really looks like great funs.
I bet Push-T-Cat isn't too keen on the snow, Mum's cat used to try and get all 4 paws off the ground at once when it was snowy, HeHe.
    Loves and licky kisses

    1. Hello Julie, it's nice to meet you! Ole Simba isn't allowed outside because we live where there are mountain lions, bobcats, bears, badgers, owls and other animals that can be dangerous. Mei-Ling and I are only allow unsupervised in our courtyard that is still under construction. If we go out front or in the back yard, one of the humans has to be there with us, just in case.

    1. Hi Sully, I can't believe my pals aren't allowed to take their stuffies outside. I almost always take a stuffie with me when I leave the house. If I go for a pupmobile ride, I invite a stuffie to join me. I also take a stuffie with me on car rides. What's the use of having toys if you can't play with them? Sure they get dirty but they are washable so no harm done. I love my stuffies.

  7. Lovely snowy pictures! I do not want to rest in your hammock right now, BOL!

Boo on the bad roads, but it did save you a trip to the stabby place, BOL!

I am not supposed to take my stuffies outside either, but once in a while I do sneak one out there...

    1. I don't understand why no one wants to sit in the hammock - BOL, BOL.

Freckles, I'll let you in on a little secret, if you take your stuffies outside and they get damaged or lost, your humans will buy you replacement stuffies - seems like a win-win situation to me - BOL.
